    When will my order be shipped?
    The shipment of your order will occur within 3 business days and you will then receive your shipping confirmation along with tracking information.


    I have not picked up my package, what happens then?
    For unredeemed packages, SEK 150 is charged. We do not have the option to resend a package after we receive it. Should a package have been sent back, this will be credited.
